Paul Pacaud is the founding director of Veerwater Consulting and brings over three decades of expertise within the mining industry. Throughout his extensive career, Paul has demonstrated a strong ability to lead transformation practices and oversee large-scale change management programs.
With passion for problem solving and a track record in turning around processing and mining operations, Paul has in-depth insights and hands-on experience in delivering results to reduce the bottom line and engaging your most important asset in the process – your people.
If large complex programs or changes are ahead of you, Paul’s experience in readiness activities across several start-ups, including large scale complex facilities in challenging geopolitical environments, will assist you in achieving your goals. Paul has developed the skills and capability to run large change management and digital programs, ensuring that progress is transparent and governance achieved for senior leadership teams and boards.
Having spent the early part of his career in site-based leadership roles, he maintains a strong passion for leadership development and is an active mentor and coach. His hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing within a mining context gives him a strong understanding of what solutions work inside an operations business.
At home Paul is a husband, father, amateur photographer, keen scuba diver and active member of Surf Life Saving.
